Christmas Care By Carter, Zach A. and Nick F.
Hi we are Zach A., Carter and Nick F. from Woodland Elementary. The Woodland Elementary 4th graders got to donate candy, stuffed animals, board games and clothes. All the items went to emergency rooms and shelters at Christmas time. Then all the 4th graders wrapped two or more boxes to put all the stuff in. The boxes were wrapped in all different types of wrapping paper. A couple days later just our class went into the multi-purpose room to tie fleece blankets. On November 18th we got to watch a video about Christmas care. Then we went to the lunch room and brought all the stuff we donated, and got Culver’s ice cream.
So that’s how we gave people Christmas presents!

Lunch Serving By: Jennifer Have you ever served lunch before, but as a kid? I did and it was terrific. Lunch servers get to leave 5 minutes early and arrive 10 minutes late, but they miss lunch recess. It usually takes an hour. · Anywhere from 3-5 people serve lunch · 1 person does milk · 1 or 2 people serve extra stuff · 1, 2 or 3 people serve fruit or veggies · Sometimes 1 person hands main food to an adult lunch server · And an adult lunch server gives main food to kids.
You serve all this food in the lunch room to the 1st-4th graders.
I wish you could do it more than three times every rotation of classrooms. I hope you liked my story and want to lunch serve now.
